A cook equipped with the three paring knives in the set can peel, trim, cut, slice, and shape any fruit or vegetable. The set consists of a 3-1/2-inch paring knife for slicing thick zucchini and big apples, a 2-1/2-inch paring knife for slicing smaller produce, and a 2-1/2-inch bird's beak knife with a curved blade ideal for peeling small fruits and vegetables and shaping them beautifully. Stamped from high-carbon stainless steel, the knives have stainless-steel handles that fit the hand snugly.
