Customer Review: A Great Pair!

I gave this as a gift to my mom, and she has nothing but great things to say about it. Between the both of us, we've bought about a half dozen kitchen-type shears, and this one ranks high (and my mom's quite picky). She says the grip is very comfortable and that cutting with it even thru chicken bones/tougher tendons is a breeze, plus they don't feel like they're going to come apart (a complaint I've had with a couple brands I've tried). A good value for the money.
Description of Sabatier Precision Kitchen Shears
These powerful 8-inch shears balance nicely in the hand whether they're cutting food, flower stems, paper, twine, or cardboard. Blades curve inward so they meet in only one place at any given position, and cutting action is smooth and exact. One blade's serrations prevent slippage. A steel-tooth inset in the handle opens twist bottle caps, while a notch in one blade pops off bottle caps. The shears are dishwasher safe. --Fred BrackShears
