These professional quality poultry shears are tough. They're also comfortable, with a unique handle design that conforms to the ways hands really move. The handles, made of black Santoprene, keep out bacteria. While they are heavy-duty, the shears don't feel overly weighty. After using these on chicken, the dishwasher-safe feature makes them easy to sanitize, and their locking device keeps the blades closed when the shears are not in use.
